令和4年12月3日特定行政書士三木ひとみ著『わたし生活保護を受けられますか』が山梨日日新聞で紹介されました
特定行政書士三木ひとみ著『わたし生活保護を受けられますか』生活保護行政に関する実務書および行政書士の紹介記事を、令和4年１２月３日山梨日日新聞にも掲載頂きました。
Gyoseishoshi Lawyer Miki Hitomi’s book “Can I receive public assistance?” got featured in, the Yamanashi Nichinii Shumbun of December 3rd, 2022.
日本の新聞の発展は世界的に遅く、１８５０年代に木版で紙に刷られたかわら版がその始まりとされています。明治５年、１８７２年創刊の山梨日日新聞は、元も古い歴史を持つ地方紙のひとつ。
Although Japanese newspapers developed fairly late from the 1850’s out of single broadsheets colled kawaraban, mostly by wood engravings, the Yamanashi Nichinii Shumbun has probably the longest history among local newspapers since 1872.

メリークリスマス！本日令和４年１２月２５日クリスマスの、読売新聞と同紙発行の英字新聞。
日本で最も大きな新聞社のひとつ、読売新聞は山梨日日新聞の創刊年の２年後の１８７４年創業。
This Yomiuri Shimbun is one of Japan’s biggest newspaper companies, began two years later in 1874.
大阪で創業した同じく日本で最も有名な新聞社朝日新聞は、山梨日日新聞の創業から７年後の１８７９年の創刊。朝日新聞は、特定行政書士三木ひとみ著書『わたし生活保護を受けられますか』を真っ先に記事で取り上げて下さいました。
The Asahi Shimbun, Japanese another most prestigious daily started in Osaka, seven years later in 1879. They picked about my book for the first in all newspapers.
日本で最初に創刊した日刊紙は、主要な港町であり行政書士の私の故郷でもある１８７１年２月、横浜発祥の毎日新聞です。毎日新聞にも、『わたし生活保護を受けられますか』の記事を掲載頂き、心から感謝しています。
The Japan’s first daily began in the major port town and also my hometown Yokohama is the Mainichi Shimbun (The Daily News) in February 1871. They reported about my book too, thank you very much.
日本は訪日外国人観光客の受入れを再開し、現在は入国制限も撤廃されています。日本の厳しい入国制限のため長い間、家族が離れ離れになっていたケースもありました。そして、入国制限の撤廃はアメリカより丸一年日本は遅れていました。
Japan now re-opened borders to international travelers, allowing them to enter the country without special restrictions. Japanese border policy barred foreign residents from entering the country and split families for a long time and re-opening borders was a full year after the US.
日本政府は他にも、コロナ禍の政策で批判されるべき点があります。国内の経済状況悪化を適切な政策で防げなかったことから、『健康で、働き口があるなら仕事がしたい』と願う若い層の生活保護申請を増やしてしまいました。
Japanese government deserves another criticism for some of its pandemic policies, failing to restructure the economy for the public good, thus increased the number of applications for public assistance of young healthy, “eager to work only if there’s an opportunity” generation.
日本政府が、企業や事業主らに対し補助金を手厚くして、コロナ禍に適応するビジネスの再構築の後押しをしていれば、テレワークの稼働率はもっと高かったはずです。また、コロナ禍で結局最後まで通勤電車の混雑は続いていましたが、これも防げたことでしょう。電車の本数を減らしたところで、職場に行かなければいけない人達は減らないので、さらに混雑に拍車をかけてしまいました。
If Japanese government could have prompted businesses to shift to a new normal by subsidizing adjustment costs, the rate of pandemic telecommuting must have been higher and trains wouldn’t have been remained packed at rush hour throughout the pandemic. Reducing the number of trains per day made them even more crowded as commuters were forced to go to their workplace.
それでも、政策により救われた家族も多かったと思います。日本政府は、コロナ禍で生活の糧を失った国民を支えるため様々な経済支援を打ち出しました。申請期限が延長されたものも多々ありました。
However, there was a policy that did help the Japanese family. Japan’s government has offered financial relief to people who lost income due to the pandemic and some application deadlines have been extended.
地方自治体は、生活困窮する人は生活保護を申請するようにと、積極的に呼びかけるようになりました。コロナ前は見られなかった光景でした。
Municipal government has changed and started encouraging those in need to use the public assistance programs which is a scenery I’d never seen before COVID 19 pandemic.
大都市大阪でも、ほとんどお金もない人が生活保護を受けずに餓死してしまうという悲しい出来事は実際に起きています。
There have been sad cases of deaths from starvation in the big city of Osaka with little money left and not receiving welfare.
非正規職や母子・父子家庭など、社会的に弱い立場にいる人たちが孤立しないように支援することが重要です。著書『わたし生活保護を受けられますか』は、多くの方に読んでもらえる図書館にあるので、適切な情報を必要な人に知ってもらう一助となればと思います。
It is important to support socially vulnerable people in nonregular employment or single parent not to be isolated by sending information swiftly, hoping my book “Can I receive public assistance?” in the library would help those people.
