７年来のお客様から青森のりんごが届きました We received Aomori apples from a customer who has been with us over 7 years
２０１７年夏から、７年以上のお付き合いになる青森県のお客様から、行政書士法人ひとみ綜合法務事務所に、1年間大切に育てられた美しいりんごが届きました。
Since the summer of 2017, a customer in Aomori Prefecture, with whom we have been working for more than seven years, kindly sent a beautiful apple that had been carefully grown for one year to Hitomi Law Office.
１年を通してほとんど手作業で行われる青森県のりんご作りは、熟練さら技術が必要で時間と手間がかかる分、おいしいりんごが出来上がります。
Apple cultivation in Aomori Prefecture, which is done almost by hand throughout the year, requires skilled skills and takes time and effort. The result is delicious apples.
整枝・せん定はりんご作りの最初の仕事で、最も重要な技術。
Pruning and shearing are the first and most important skills of apple growing.
樹の中まで太陽の光が当たるようにして、りんごが実りやすい樹の形に整えます。
Allow sunlight to shine all the way into the apple tree. Arrange the apples into the shape of a tree that is easy to bear apples.
千本の樹をせん定しなければ、一人前にはなれないと言われる、熟練を要する作業です。
It is said that if you do not cultivate a thousand trees, you will not be able to become a full-fledged person, and it is a work that requires skill.
４月には堆肥や肥料で栄養を与え、土壌診断をして適切な量を施用します。
In April, they are nourished with compost or manure, and the appropriate amount is applied after soil diagnosis.
病害虫からりんごを守る薬剤散布を、安全に正しく、周辺の環境にも配慮しながら行います。
Spraying chemicals to protect apples from pests and diseases is carried out safely and correctly, while taking into consideration the surrounding environment.
りんごの品種のほとんどは、同じ品種の花粉がついても実がならないので、授粉作業をハチを利用して行います。
Most apple varieties do not bear fruit even if pollen of the same variety is attached, so the pollination work is carried out using bees.
昔は１つ１つの花に、手作業で花粉を付けていたそうです。
In the past, pollen was applied to each flower by hand.
りんごの花すべて果実になると１つ１つ小さなりんごになってしまうので、摘花作業を行います。１本の木になる本来のりんごの９割以上の実は摘み取られます。
When all the apple flowers become fruits, one by one they become small apples. Therefore, flower picking work is carried out. More than 90% of the original apples that make up a single tree are picked.
葉つみや不要な枝を切る整理作業が行われ、収穫の８～１１月には１つ１つ傷がつかないよう丁寧に収穫されます。
Sorting work is carried out to cut leaves and unnecessary branches, and in August ~ November of the harvest, they are carefully harvested one by one so that they are not damaged.
こちらは行政書士法人ひとみ綜合法務事務所天王寺支社すぐ近く、四天王寺前の大木（左）。
This is a large tree (left) in front of Shitennoji Temple, near the Tennoji branch office of the administrative scrivener corporation Hitomi Law Office.
残念ながら、大木の横にあった木は、まもなく撤去されてしまうようです。
Unfortunately, it seems that the tree next to the big tree will be removed soon.
緑が少ない大阪市内で、この古い大木の存在はありがたく、夜は毎日のように拝みに来る方もいます。
In Osaka City, where there is little greenery, the existence of this old large tree is appreciated, and some people come to worship it every day at night.
