大阪の女性行政書士開業秘話最終章～the Last Samurai Episode～

Although I succesfuly passed a national exam to become a Gyoseishoshi Lawyer, there were many people who told me that I can’t make my living as a Gyoseishoshi lawyer.

行政書士になるための国家試験に独学で合格したものの
「行政書士では生活できない（行政書士では食っていけない）」
という声も聞こえてきました。

I always have ears to listen but also believed my potential ability too, so I started ahead my own Gyoseishoshi Law Office as still working as an English translator which was my previous job.

自らの資質にわりと自信はあったものの、他者の意見も参考に、私は前職の英語翻訳の仕事も続けながら、行政書士事務所を開業しました。

However, it turned out the reality of starting my own office was substantially different than the picture I had in my mind.

でも、実際に開業してみると、想定していたものとは全く異なる現実が待ち受けていました。

Even I, who consider myself as an optimist assumed it may be about 3 months before I start seeing any revenues, so it was a pleasant surprise that as soon as I took action and committed to finding my clients, I started receiving refferals and noticed there are dozens of people who need help by Gyoseishoshi Lawyers.

楽天家の私でも、開業後３ヶ月程度は行政書士としての収入は見込めないと考えていました。でも、行政書士として営業を始めてすぐにお客様のご紹介を沢山頂くようになり、世の中には行政書士を必要としている方が沢山いるのだと思い知ったのです。

When you find yourself facing the legal or administrative system for any reason, you should probably understand that the best policy is to at least consult with someone and Gyoseishoshi Lawyers may provide a consultation.

When couples mutually agree on all of the details of a split, there is actually no real need for a lawyer.

A divorce settlement agreement is a legal document between two individulals who are going through the divorce process. The purpose of the document is to state in writing how the assets and debts will be split or it may address topics such as child custody or visitation.

離婚協議書とは、離婚する男女が資産や借金を含む財産分与、子供の親権や面会頻度や方法についての約束事などをまとめた法的な書面のことをいいます。

Starting my own Gyoseishoshi Lawyer’s Office before gaining experience within the filed, when this pictre was taken, was a challenge. I lost more than 10 % of my weight in the first year because of busy hard days.

業務経験なしで即行政書士開業した最初の一年は、挑戦の年でした。この写真を撮った頃は、多忙を極め体重が１０キロ以上激減していました。

It didn’t take a month before I deicided not to take a new translation job offer, and do everything I could to set myself up for success as a Gyoseishoshi Lawyer.

開業して一ヶ月を経ず、私は翻訳の新しい仕事の依頼を受けるのはやめ、行政書士専業でがんばろうと決めました。

I didn’t take much time before starting my own Gyoseishshi Laywer Office, but I did build a website immdediately.

行政書士開業まであまり時間はかけませんでしたが、ホームページはすぐに作成しました。

Most people looking for a Gyoseishoshi Lawyer don’t use phonebooks, they use Google or Yahoo.

今や電話帳で行政書士を探すより、グーグルやヤフー検索をするお客様が多数派です。

More over, prospective clients judge Gyoseishoshi Lawyers if they don’t have websites in the era of digitalization government.

そして何といってもデジタル行政の時代ですから、行政書士事務所のホームページがあるかどうかで、依頼する行政書士を見極めるお客様もいることでしょう。

This Hitomi Law Office website was built the entire thing using WordPress (Free) and pay about only 3,000 yen a year to host it and that’s it.

この行政書士法人ひとみ綜合法務事務所のHPは無料のWordpressで作成し、年間約３千円ほどで全ての経費を賄っています。

This is powerful because it is our largest lead gneneration tool by far and costs about as much as a meal.

一食分ほどの経費で維持しているこのHPを通してご依頼頂いたお客様が大半ですから、最強の集客・営業ツールといえます。

I thoutht I need a website first for my business because a website helps me propote my business online worldwide and establish credibility with my customers.

ウェブ上の広い世界で広報宣伝し、また対外的な信頼性向上のために、最初からHPは必要だというのが私の持論でした。

For cutomers to find me online which is with always full of information, it’s important to have a professional website that offers helpful, relivant content and provides a good experience for users and this is the reason I’ve been continuing to write blogs and also started You Tube recently.

多くの情報が飛び交うオンライン上で私の行政書士事務所にたどり着いてもらうためには、読むに値する充実した内容のHPであることが重要です。私が開業以来このブログを継続し、また最近ですが事務所発信のYouTubeを始めたのも、それが理由の一つです。

Since I became a Gyoseisho Laywer, I have been writng on my blog about decency and its importace from time to time to get closer to the healthy society without bullying or prejudce.

いじめや偏見のない誰もが安心して暮らせる社会にしていくためには、一人一人が良識に基づいて行動することが大切であるといったことを、行政書士になってから時折ブログで発信してきました。

I recognize the law profession as a repository of decency and honor and the front line protector of fair and justice.

法律専門職とは、公正と正義を第一線で守る、社会における良識や尊厳の砦だと私は考えています。

However, it seems that some legal professions today are willing to give up that perception of standing for good, keeping the peace, facilitating justice and embodying positive values, and instead they have rather allowed the effects of greed and a misplaced emphasis on power which may distort the profession.

でも、現実においては、社会における善意、平和、平等、前向きな価値観の形成といったことよりも、金や権威権力を追い求め職業価値を下げる法律家も見受けられます。

You can find examples of those indecent behavior to retain money and power on display or newspaper nearly every day in our national media.

法律専門職のこうした悪しき例は、毎日のようにテレビやネットニュース、新聞などのメディアで見られます。

I always think smaller to protect what is worth protecting.

私は、社会における大きな問題を身近なことに置き換えて捉え、まずは身の回りの問題を解決するため、変えていくため、行動することが大切だと考えています。

So, I clean my own house and office everyday and try to say something if I see something wrong.

だから私は毎日自宅と事務所をきれいにして、看過してはならないことに直面したときは、見て見ぬふりをせず言葉を発し、行動します。

I look at the practices and policies within my own gyoseishoshi law office and ask the fundamental question as to whether those policies and practices promote professional behaviors founded on respect, decency and honor or whether those behaviors are founded on selfishness and greed and cause harm to colleagues.

まずは自ら襟を正すことが大事だと常々思っています。行政書士法人ひとみ綜合法務事務所においても、スタッフ一人一人を尊重し、身近な人を傷つけるような言動をしていないか、日々気を付けています。
